Welcome to ShadowMotion. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ShadowMotion provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to upload 3D character models and generate animations using text prompts. The service is offered on a freemium basis with credit-based usage limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Use the service to generate animations depicting violence, harassment, or explicit content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute our API or services without explicit permission
- Use automated scripts to abuse credit systems or create multiple accounts
Your Content: You retain ownership of the 3D models you upload and the animations you generate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Our Platform: ShadowMotion's code, design, logo, and AI models are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per month. Different animation durations consume different amounts of credits. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.
ShadowMotion relies on Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Hugging Face for AI inference, and Vercel for hosting. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that animations will be error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that generated animations will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowMotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Pakistan.
